Growth Specialist
This is our first growth hire, and the person in this seat will define how we acquire, convert, and retain German customers for years to come. A 100% growth role for the German market, sitting at the intersection of marketing, product, and sales.

Who we are
We're building Europe's fastest used-car delivery network — connecting freelance drivers with buyers to enable delivery times the industry has never seen. Think market-shaping brands like Uber and Wolt, but for used-car logistics. We're backed by top Nordic and European investors and the founders and operators behind Wolt, Swappie, and Smartly. The car logistics market in Europe is worth €7 billion and is dominated by trucking companies that still take 10–30 days to move a single vehicle. We're replacing that with a software-driven, driver-based network that delivers cars in 2–5 days — faster, cheaper, and fully tracked.
Germany is our #1 expansion market. It's where the €5M seed is being deployed, where we've built out our driver network, and where we just crossed €100k MRR with the quarter still running. But Germany is also a complete departure from our Nordic home turf — different culture, different buyer psychology, different competitive landscape. We need a dedicated growth engine for this market. Someone who can make marketing a bigger revenue lever than outbound sales in Germany, lock down our ICP, and build inbound demand from the ground up.
Our journey so far
First customers, validated the idea, launched Germany–Finland and Sweden–Finland routes
Hit €75k monthly revenue, signed first larger accounts (including two publicly listed companies), hired our first core team member
Reached €150k monthly revenue and closed a €920k pre-seed round led by Innovestor and Trind Ventures
Built our driver pool in Germany, launched our platform for customers and drivers, reached €300k monthly revenue
Launched Denmark as first demand market outside Finland. Built driver pools in Sweden and Denmark. Monthly revenue €400k
Crossed €500k MRR and prepared for the next wave of European launches
Closed a €5M seed round led by Node.vc, with Trind VC, Innovestor, and angels including Vincent Ho-Tin-Noé (CPO of Wolt) and the founders of Swappie and Smartly
€100k MRR achieved in Germany alone — with the quarter not yet finished
Why this role is so important
Germany is our #1 expansion market — where the €5M seed is being deployed and where we just crossed €100k MRR with the quarter still running.
This is our first growth hire. You will define how we acquire, convert, and retain German customers for years to come.
We believe the greatest companies are talent factories — and this role is built on that belief. We're giving a bold, young builder real ownership and expecting exceptional results in return.
This role is not just about execution — it's about ownership. You will shape our strategy, learn from the field, and influence the product and customer journey directly.
What you'll do
- Own and optimise all inbound and paid acquisition channels for the German market. Run Google/Meta ads, test new channels, build content strategies, and treat every channel as a vertical to be measured and optimised.
- Build and run the funnels that turn attention into revenue in Germany. Test structures like webinar pipelines for mid-market/enterprise, prove or disprove whether SMBs convert through ads, and optimise every step from first touch to closed deal.
- Monitor post-sale engagement, identify upsell signals, and feed insights back into the growth loop.
- Systematise anything repeatable. Build lightweight marketing and sales ops that make the whole engine run smoother — shipping something that works and iterating toward better.
- Hit performance targets: 5x ROI on ad spend + salary every month, 20x LTV/CAC unit economics target.
What we're looking for
An analytical, technical mind who ended up in marketing. Think developer brain or financial modeller who discovered growth — someone who lights up looking at funnel data, not brand guidelines. You're a number cruncher and optimiser first, creative second.
- Non-negotiable: Fluent English, German is a plus. High-level familiarity with European cultures
- Super technical and very analytical — comfortable with data, performance metrics, and treating growth like an engineering problem
- Commercially curious — you genuinely want to understand how sales works and how marketing feeds pipeline
- Varied marketing experience across multiple projects is a big bonus — you'll need to deconstruct the German ICP and build localised funnels that resonate in this market
- A love for working with people — understanding problems, finding solutions, and creating real value
- The ability to learn fast and thrive through uncertainty — startups are a bumpy ride
- A high-performance mindset — you set the bar high and don't settle for average
