Operations Associate (Denmark)
We're establishing our presence in Denmark, and you'll be hands-on in making it happen. This is more than just an operations role — you'll be coordinating daily transports, supporting drivers and customers, and solving real-time problems as they come up. Your work will directly impact delivery quality, customer satisfaction, and how well we scale locally.
Who we are
We're building Europe's fastest used car delivery network, connecting freelance drivers with car buyers to enable delivery times never seen before. Think Uber, but for used car logistics. We're backed by top Nordic investors and the founders/operators of Wolt & Swappie, and we're scaling fast across Europe.
This is a role with a steep learning curve, ideal if you want real responsibility early in your career and a clear path to grow within a fast-expanding, high-energy startup.

What you'll do
- Support daily transport operations in Denmark
- Coordinate deliveries and monitor execution quality
- Communicate with drivers and customers via phone, email, and chat
- Help resolve real-time operational issues quickly and calmly
- Work closely with the Ops Lead and central operations team
- Assist in improving processes, workflows, and tools
- Support driver onboarding and supply operations
- Help source and onboard truck carriers while building strong, reliable relationships
What we're looking for
- 0–2 years general experience valued but not required
- Fluent in English (a plus if you are professionally proficient in German, French, Italian, or Spanish)
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple tasks
- Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented
- Interest in startups, logistics, and fast-paced environments
- Motivation to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility over time
