Truck Logistics Operations Associate
You'll coordinate daily truck transports, support partners and customers, and create value in real time as we expand our Danish operations.

Who we are
We're building Europe's fastest used car delivery platform, connecting freelance drivers and truck carriers with car buyers to enable delivery times never seen before. Think Uber or Wolt, but for used car logistics. We're backed by top Nordic investors and the founders/operators of Wolt & Swappie, and we're scaling fast across Europe.
We're expanding our presence fast in Denmark, and you'll be hands-on in making it happen. This is more than a logistics operations role: you'll help coordinate daily transports via trucks, support partners and customers, and directly impact delivery quality, customer satisfaction, and how well we scale. It's a role with a steep learning curve, ideal if you want real responsibility early in your career and a clear path to grow within a fast-expanding, high-energy logistics startup.

What you'll do
- Handle daily truck transport operations with deliveries in Denmark and Western Europe
- Coordinate optimal routes and deliveries, and monitor execution quality
- Communicate with carrier partners and customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve real-time operational issues quickly and calmly
- Work closely with the global Truck Operations teams and leadership
- Assist in improving processes, workflows, and tools
- Support sourcing and onboarding of truck carrier partners while building strong, reliable relationships
What we're looking for
- 0–2 years of general experience valued but not required
- Full-time availability based in Copenhagen
- Fluent English. Professional proficiency in German, French, Italian, or Spanish is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a sense of task ownership
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple tasks
- Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented
- Interest in startups, logistics, and fast-paced environments
- Motivation to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility over time
